You're fired

In a triumph of hope over experience I really believed Motherwell could beat Rangers today in the league cup semi final. We were not too bad (which isn't the same as being good) early on and managed to finish the first half 1 up but it was all downhill in the second half. We were lucky to only lose by one goal.
