Goodnight, Now It's Time To Go Home

It was an excellent night at the Ring of Bells with an wonderful range of music at the jam night. The place was packed but what a shame because tomorrow the doors will be closed.

It was almost six years to the day when I blipped the opening night and the guys worked so hard during the Covid times, dong takeaways and delivering beer and food when people couldn't go out. Sadly, like so many pubs the towels are over the beer pumps for how long, we don't know. Maybe some brave soul will buy it and make it work again.

We're very lucky, we still have two pubs in the village but they're not the Ring of Bells with its lovely team and its great music nights.
