Parched...

Out on a shopping trip in the middle of a stunning warm Summer Sunday afternoon, the missus and I stopped in a local park.

It gave us a chance to absorb some rays, to chill, chat and let time pass!

The sun was high, proud and had impressively baked the turf on which we were sat! I noticed a solitary buttercup amidst the parched grass and decided to picture it at grass level using the very impressive iphone5.

Having just discovered an excellent photo app called VSCOcam, I applied some filters and made some minor tweaks before coming to rest with the final image...

Boy do we need rain!
