Goldfinch

Its been a very sad day today as we had to take the cat to the vets to be put to sleep. Feels so strange at home without her, she's been here 21 years. Ali and I went with her into the surgery and she has been buried at home.
Somehow didn't feel like going out for a walk to do a blip. Instead took this shot of a goldfinch in our neighbours ancient twisted willow tree. Again a shot that I've tried before but better results with this camera. There is a pair of them and they make such lovely sounds. Best large
