On the way home from Woking there's a nice little shortcut through Wisley Village that reaches round the back of Wisley Gardens.

Right in the middle of Wisley village is a 'water treatment plant' or sewage works.

Around and above this, and only since the weather warmed up, there circle flocks of swifts (or maybe starlings, but pretty sure they're swifts). Today I stopped to try and catch them on camera and found an even funnier sight of maybe 30 crows sitting on the wires that support the spray arms of the processor plant. Very entertaining watching them circle round slowly occasionally swapping places like a giant slow roundabout.

Add into that the huge flock and you get this.
