In the Wars

Had to be up at 7 for an emergency dentist app as my hygienist on Thursday informed me I had a low level infection tooth! No apparent reason. I hadn’t got any pain or noticed any issues but she said on putting pressure on the gum below it was bleeding and infected.
I then panicked as I’ve known the connection with gum issues and heart disease etc. plus I’ve been getting pain around my heart etc for a few weeks now. I do now in my older age start getting worried and panic about things.
Anyway I was cooking a big meal for a friend of ours Saturday and that was going fine until i went to stand up and I couldn’t breathe with pain in my back on left side my muscle had cramped up in incredible pain! It didn’t go either so I messaged my chiropractor and he’s managed to get me in today at 4pm
While out I went to make an appointment
At the docs as I am concerned about pain in my heart area!
So Thursday is now a docs appointment too!
I’ve had to take today off work as I can’t lift n twist yet and hopefully the chiropractor will sort me out.
It’s just been one thing after another!
I’ve had a hot bath and watching Poirot until my chiropractor appointment.
