Every day

Today being one of those very grey days I decided to do the MM challenge, subject 'Something You See Every Day'.

This house is only a few hundred metres from mine and being on the town side I do see it every day, either passing it on foot or on the bus.  It's a house whose slightly quaint architecture I've always liked.  Would I want to live there?  No, I have to say not, it's too close to what can be a rather crowded and fast road.

Because of the promised abysmal light I went out early before daylight and traffic had really hit, but not before some people were on their way to work, either walking up to the station or driving out of town.  

By early afternoon it did look like the sun might come out after all, but the gleam only lasted a minute or two.  Tomorrow, however, the weather is supposed to be going back to blue sky, so with much glee I'm planning a trip to you-know-where on the coast.
