Blooming early

Had a wander this afternoon ... the sun did come out for a while which was good but soon disappeared again!

We saw a small flock of Lapwing flying back & forth across the field ... they did finally land but too far away to get a photo ... good to see them though.

Noticed this Winter Jasmine in flower, seems very early (or late?) but it did look pretty :-)

We were serenaded by a Robin & scolded by a Wren as we headed back ... a lovely way to end the walk!
