Mono Monday

And this view is something I see every morning when I open my bedroom curtains. There was a suggestion that the sun might shine, so I had earmarked today to give the grass one last mow and trim for the year. I have come to the conclusion that I need to water this lawn, and maybe add some seed as it is not in as good a condition of the other grass which is on a slight slope and so is watered better.

Moving on from last week having chosen the vinyl, and having a chat with Gary who has measured up and made a couple of suggestions. I stripped the floor of the carpet tiles that my husband laid 16 years ago (was it really that long ago?). And took them down to the recycle centre, came back to wash and scrub the existing floor tiles, so all is ready.

I am now totally kn, oops, shattered, and as I am losing natural light the ironing can wait until tomorrow. This Domestic Goddess thing is blooming hard work!!!
