Success at last

My neighbour asked me ages ago if I could try taking a cutting from her honeysuckle.  It had originally been given to her by her mum and she wanted to give her daughter the same honeysuckle when she moved into her own flat.  I tried taking cuttings and planting them at the end of the summer but they all died.  I left it a few weeks until I tried again and had pretty much given up until I looked carefully at one of the cuttings again about a week or so ago and it appears to be sprouting.  Now I have to nurture it and hope it survives
