The hare and the minotaur...

I popped into Cheltenham today. I always listen to an episode of Desert Island Discs on the bus and today it was Jamie Dornan. What a lovely man he is, he had me in tears talking about losing his Mum (when he was 15) and his Dad (more recently). His love for his wife also came across really strongly.
For those wondering how the celeriac puree went.....it was delicious! I used Raymond Blanc's recipe, very simple to follow. I didn't have a blender, just a hand blender, so having used it I then passed the puree through a sieve which made it lovely and smooth (thank you Masterchef!)
