Back on nights

Monday began with a lie in because this week am back working nightshifts.

Lunchtime passed with an Ouchy appointment in Ashton, a failed attempt at buying a few groceries from Lidl (card left at home...early senior moment) and a couple of Cuppas with my parents.

Dad having received some good news over the weekend has some wind in his sails and has just returned from walking their dog on his own, the route being over a mile & a half which is good progress and even better, he felt fine afterwards.

After retrieving my bank card Lidl was revisited, a few chores done at home, tea made and am now installed at work. Have come in the car but today's to'ings & fro'ings were done aboard Biscuit. Have missed riding and it was good to have a bimble.
