Lost in thought...

Greyfield Wood, High Littleton

A little outing with Betsie and her mum this morning. I’ve known of this nearby Woodland Trust wood for some time, but never visited. With all the wet leaves and mud (and my current vertigo!), the steep footpaths to the base of the waterfall were a bit too much for us so instead we found a path to view the waterfall from above, through the trees. Until our arrival the man in the photo was enjoying the peace and quiet, lost in thought...

Only out a couple of hours but that was more than enough, back to the sofa and Christmas films for the afternoon. Another grey day, and cooler at 11 degrees.
