Pumpkin challenge

Earlier I’d been to the GP who thinks the post viral effect of the Covid/pneumonia combo is wreaking havoc and is the reason for the constant smell and taste of Capstan Full Strength. Blood tests at the end of the month but the main advice is to continue to take it easy and make sure I’m eating well. Ho hum.

So, I popped into the cafe to pick up some of the cheese scones Osh had made then came home and made roasted pumpkin, butternut squash and carrot soup. The enormous pumpkin is a generous gift from Ecodad’s allotment.
