Hospital Visiting

I. was in Burnley today at the dentist so I arranged to visit my friend Pat in hospital on my way home. I should have visited her 2 weeks ago but she had a bad fall walking home and broke her ankle. She has had  metal work around the break until yesterday when she had an op to put a plaster on. She has also had sickness etc. She isn't well but hoping to go home soon. It has been a while since i've seen her. 
The hospital has grown and grown, it is enormous. I haven't been here since my husband died here almost 13 years ago.
