Robin ( Erithacus rubecula )

Another shot that is really a bit of an emergency blip.  As I often/usually do I took a few shots first thing in case nothing better occurs during the day.

The shot shows a Robin feeding on the feeding tray at the bird feeding station.  The station is almost among the Flag Irises so at this time of the year the dead leaves tend to spoil shots.
