Minute cryptic

We love a bit of minute cryptic, the eldest is very into it, as is the husband. It started as my guilty pleasure. We're enjoying the brain teaser of the word play.

Under persuasion from the husband, I didn't go into the office today, and after wrapping up a few things, took the rest of the day off sick, as I can't shake whatever bug I have. I think it's done a lot of good to chill out. 

Had a lovely time reading the railway children to the eldest this evening, I'm already looking forward to tomorrow!
