A wet and windy morning gave way to quite a nice afternoon, air smelled clean and fresh.

Met with 2 sets of contractors this morning, things to research and discuss, on both sides.  Promising.

Can't wait for a haircut, the last cut in early September didn't hold its shape at all, so I'm going to try out a different place on Thursday.

The worry of the election tomorrow is getting to me (I cast my ballot before coming up to Portland).  Managed to chill out for a bit on my new spine-thingy that my PT prescribed, played some meditation singing bowl music while I did that and zoned out for a while, felt very good.

Chicken casserole has been on slow bake in the oven and is smelling delicious.
