Getting ready

The day started with a fire-rehearsal, or whatever it's called in english. Every now and then, now it's over a year ago, we run through a scenario of a fire in the old theatre in Kalmar, where I work sometimes. The building is from 1863 and is protected as an important cultural building. There are many challenges in a building like this and it's very important that we know what to do in case of any emergency. There are always questions raised about what happened during the test and good suggestions to improve our alertness.

The evening was used for another rehearsal for next Saturday when a choir is going to record a few songs. I'm going to be in charge of the recording and used their rehearsal to test microphone placements and suchlike, hopefully everything will be ready on Saturday. Preparations are vital, also in recording. No picture of the choir, too many don't want to appear on photo.

I've lost my membership in Blip, they don't accept my credit card apparently, I will have to check what's wrong with my bank.
