Art Collection
A visit to the Fife Museum Collections centre, which is occasionally open to the public on select days.
Lots of interesting artifacts and local history, with a decent selection of paintings.
In main picture a nice bunch of art from the Scottish Colourist, Samuel Peploe.
In extra, clockwise from bottom left:
A still life by Henri Fantin-Latour,
The Camden Town murder by Walter Sickert (one of his creepy Jack the Ripper paintings),
a house interior by Spencer Gore
and Old Town River Scene by LS Lowry.
Quite an eclectic bunch of paintings.
There were hundreds more we didn’t have time to see.
