More backing up...

Speaking of which - the young couple at the end of the cul de sac are doing the final bits of their house renovations, on their front garden. Much digging out, for block paving we assume, so various diggers and skips in action. The guys who arrive with them on trailers have become very skilled at reversing the whole length of the road, and they are very good at clearing up after themselves ;) 

BT had to come out to re-instate the broadband access after the line was dug up, but we think the gas main and electricity supply have survived...
