Bangin'

Other than the weights feeling a lot heavier not a lot has changed. The lights are still funky, the PTs are still young and fit*, the grunters are still grunting and the playlist is still bangin' (as they say). 

I might feel it tomorrow.

*Behave, it's their job to be fit.

Extra is my kit kat's when we got them, seven years ago today and they were teeny tiny..
