A walk in the woods

This is getting boring! Another dull, dry, cooler day.

K called for me and we drove to the hospital, parked and walked. I was seen on time, most queries answered and next appointment in 6 months when I'll need an MRI scan, good news. 
Back at the car we decided to go to the Essex Wildlife Centre at Belfairs, lovely cup of coffee and then a walk through the woods. Took a few photos, back to the centre for a tea and toasted sandwich. I also bought a couple of presents and we enquired about the next meeting for members, it's about dormice conservation so we will be going. 
Drove home and after getting my washing in we went to see an older friend as it was her birthday yesterday, spent a couple of hours with her. I then did a walk, only a small bag of litter collected, home dinner eaten and spoke to my friend. Hope to do some of the jigsaw I started yesterday, so far only the edge completed.
