Tuesday: Glimmers

I headed into central London today to have lunch with my temporary successor who is heading out to Belize next week to cover for six months, pending the arrival of my substantive successor.  We had a good chat about a lot of things.  I’m pleased to say that she already has the measure of a few of the individuals and, with only minimal input from me, is aware of some of the issues.

Lunch was at Kerridge’s at the Corinthia.  It was excellent!

Back in my early days of blipping the London Eye made frequent guest appearances in my journal.  I felt it was time for a return to form.
