Alienated

What a lovely day - and not just the weather. 

Why? 

Positive Mental Attitude I suppose. Do not knock it. 

Tom's Diner has been buzzing around my head for a couple of days after I heard the DNA version on the radio. It came to the front of my mind at lunchtime as I emerged (blinking) into the weak, November sun. 

I was having a day of positive interactions with people. Minor interactions. Serious interactions. I was enjoying it. I did not feel alienated at all. One of those days where you just have to ride the wave as long as possible. 

Anyway, I like Suzanne's wee story about her song. I bought one of her millions of "albums" back in the days of cassettes. I like the original of her song. I like the DNA version. I even like the German kids' version. 

I reckon I would like Suzanne, given half a chance.
