Rest Day!

Traditionally Wednesday is rest day. We held the Sprint Championships in the morning with the Qualifying event at Moor of Alvie and the Final at Badaguish. The Juniors took it very seriously which is as we want it, because it gives them a taste of how a top competition is managed.

After the races they had a fun hour trying to cross the rings with some demonstrating grace and gymnastic flair whilst others took an early ducking. Then we moved on to Loch Morlich for swimming and beach games which is where I took my blip. It must be the beach with one of the best views (Cairngorm Mountains!)

After a visit to Aviemore we returned to base for a barbecue and mass game of rounders. Great fun!
