Poor Nate woke with an upset stomach, so had to stay home.
I had the Psalms bible study so went off to that and Danny had Nate. 
This afternoon I had a debrief with the Cancer Association here - talking about experience of journeying Stuart's last months, days and hours with him. How that felt and the impact that's left on me. Plus had the invite to journey that again with someone in the future.
Straight to see Natasha and Ann for a lovely but too fast catch up, and from there I went (very late) to Caña Club.
The good news is there's progress with Tux! The bad news is he weed on Asha's bed, ha!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The chance to debrief - it was very helpful to reflect.
2) Nate seeming better as the day went on.
3) The random mix of folks at the Psalms  study.
