Where did they go?

Back in June I blipped a group of useless bollards that had appeared in Rippingale.
 
This morning I noticed that they had gone.  Heaven knows when, a few days ago?  A few weeks ago?  It’s just the first time I had noticed that they were no longer there.  Poor old chap, the brain's fading.  At least someone on the councils has seen sense.
