River Kelvin

Gill and I hopped on a bus to Byres Road and had a wander past several fabulous new university buildings on the site of the old Western Infirmary. It's several decades since we both lived in the area, so it was fascinating to see the changes.

It was a dreich day, as you can tell from this view of the university tower as we crossed the Kelvin on our way to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum for coffee, so unfortunately there was no hope of a skyscape for Wide Wednesday.
