Poor President Precedent

The upsetting news from the USA today is not the first time there have been question marks over the choice of the electors.  My Blip is of a poster from about 40 years ago when Ronald Reagan was the President, and he was very pally with Margaret Thatcher.  He wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer but clearly sharp enough to get elected. Sound familiar?

The poster was part of the anti-nuclear weapons campaign, in this case not CND but the Socialist Workers Party.

One question that springs to mind is why I still have this poster!
