Back at Dave's farm today helping him with some plumbing.  We finished digging the hole that Dave started a while ago to future proof his water supply. Once we got deeper we found a leaking joint so we had to switch off the water to enable us to lay slabs underneath as a base for building an inspection chamber using breeze block.  After baling out the standing water we eventually finished by floodlight a bit after sunset.  Sunset here was 16.20 hrs this afternoon.  We will continue tomorrow...
