An old friend and work colleague (in projects in São Paulo and Budapest), I am almost exactly one month older than him! We met in Madrid for the first time in ages to catch up and, also, for him to share with me the inner workings of our former company’s pension scheme, including how the taxation works. All good stuff for some financial and life planning which is not my forte!
