chugging

An early blip today, as I leave London behind. On a day of train travel, I try to fit in as much walking as possible, so here I am strolling along on the northern bank of the river, watching the boats go by and admiring the lichen growing on the Embankment. A bit of a grey day in the capital, but plenty to catch the eye as usual.

Looking forward to seeing D and Jess again at the end of my journey :-)
