Rose

A 'bitsa' day.  The last guests from the games weekend are finishing off with a game in the games room, we're hosting a small 'coffee morning' gathering of neighbours to mark a significant birthday of one of them, and reports of dubious smells from the vicinity of a drain cover led to opening it up and peering in.

No obvious problems found but the rose is prettier.

Finished off with karate training.
