DPD "service"

Nearly a month since the DPD delivery driver drove into this wall and the company have just agreed to meet the cost of the repair.
Their customer handling has been very poor. We had video evidence of the van reversing onto our drive, accelerating forward into the wall, reversing again, and making a quick getaway. Straightforward case, you would think.
