Chickens!

The Aga is not heating up well! Rob had 16 loaves to bake and it took longer than usual which put my baking back too. I have arranged a service but it’s not for a couple of weeks so fingers crossed it stays usable.
Rob got on with the last of the strimming, and then we ate a slice of the bee cake, it’s delicious! It wasn’t judged on taste, just appearance, so that was their loss! I have given a large chunk to our new neighbours as a welcome present and they were very pleased!
I’m pleased too, as they arranged a window cleaner for themselves, and we have signed up too! So no more wobbling about on the ladder !
