A touch of Welshness
It was a chance Meeting a few years go that led to us acquiring some unusual native irises or to give them their other name “Welsh Gladwyn” , or iris foetidissimar.
M happened to be visiting a friend’s garden when they were in the process of splitting their plants. ]Today they are flourishing, adding an unexpected dash of colour in November to our herbaceous border.
Now for something different….
Returned to the Older dance class after many months absence. Oh dear! I thought I could just slip into it. Not so.
There were several new people including a man in his late 60s. He’s a brave soul to join a group of a dozen dancing women. However, it soon became clear he was no beginner, and he clearly enjoyed the class.
Apologies for blurry photo grabbed it on my iPhone this morning.
