Questions Of Science, Science And Progress*

Today I went to take part in a medical (?) study in response to an Advert I'd seen in a local shop.  I had to take along four pieces of music, relaxing and stimulating, to listen to and be prepared to put my hand in cold water and to report how happy I was.   The hardest bit of the day was choosing what to listen to.  

It was interesting to see inside the university as I've only ever seen it on the local news. 

After I'd done my bit, and earned £18 for it, I returned home and snaffled a load of block pavers and random pots left behind by my departed neighbour, with her permission for the more law abiding of you.
