A lamp in the woods?

The girls stepped into Narnia on our evening walk tonight.
Second last zoom meeting except they changed it to webnet or something like that. It took about 35mins just to get it working correctly. We, the participants could all hear each other. It was just our tutor that couldn’t hear any of us!

I had this afternoon off and I crocheted a little Christmas tree checking out a pattern for crochet club that starts next week. Kids are very much looking forward to it. In fact I still have more wanting to sign up!
The afternoon just felt relaxed.

Walked the girls then zoom. After zoom I made mac’n’cheese for myself as Cathie was swimming at Capernwray with the fireworks.
I sat and watched Moana.
I was surprised that I was able to watch the full movie and still get to bed before 12. It just felt like everything was going slower. Ahh!

When I took Scout out for her last wee, she met Bob the dog through our gate. She got quite excited and jumped up on the gate then really started squealing. She had got her paw stuck between the gate and post. Bob’s human helped me lift her leg up high enough to get it back out. She was fine…I think just shocked.
Poor baby.
Her tail wagged plenty when I gave her leg a good rub with a cuddle later. :)
