Musing of a Lady

Writing

Another day is done. One of the neighbours turned up at 8:30 this morning; I'm not sure why she came but it was probably to sign me up for the neighbourhood watch, I was half way through getting dressed, but was decent, when she came, so I told her it wasn't good timing. She said she would come back later. Little Man and I tend to take our mornings slow when we don't have plans.

We biked into Bodegraven just before lunch to get some more bread and milk. Little Man isn't the easiest person to take shopping, without a pushchair, so we were quick.

The afternoon was spent hanging out and relaxing together. Once I put Little Man into bed, I spent some time writing in my journal. I'm writing in a Leuchtturm 1917 and I love it. The style of notebook I've been using is an A5 with dotted page's. I've found that Leuchtturm 1917 generally have more pages than the Moleskine and the pages are already numbered, as shown in the picture here. I'm writing with a fountain pen I bought at Hama because the ink cartridges are easier to get hold of than the ink cartridges my Kaweco fountain pens use.
