The view through the trees towards Geilston Garden. 
Fitting in a good walk on these short days is sometimes difficult but even later in the after the autumn colours shine. 
I love this time of year. 
I went to The Hill House with my notebook and the intention of doing some planning but had the pleasure of an unplanned meeting  with a friend I don't see often .
