Flying away.....

We have quite a few starlings sitting in the trees, guess they're eyeing up which roofs they can nest in. Thought I'd have some practice of capturing starlings in flight, not as easy as it seems. This one a bit blurry, soft but I like the fanned wing as he flits away - he was a bit camera shy.

Daughter E came out to sign papers for the insurance company, they said 'YES'! Great news and piece of mind, she was very happy.

Heard from Daughter A today who hasn't been very well but is better now. Totally fed up with the aftershocks which are thankfully dying down, its head down with lots of uni work for her.

And me, well mostly  at home today. An early start to the gym and just enjoyed catching up with a few backblips and getting some house jobs done. The weather started out fine with blue sky and then a grey cloud came over which wasn't very pleasant.
