They're not the most photogenic things at this stage, but they do hold the promise of hundreds of foxglove plants to come.

The Met Office has released the official meteorological name for this dredadful dark grey blanket that continues to blight most of the UK. I think it's quite apt; "anticyclonic gloom”.
