A survivor!

I was given this primula last January as a gift from our new neighbours when they came to tea.  It lived happily inside for a few weeks and then started to look increasingly unhappy!  On a busy day, I plonked it outside, still in its pot, in this corner by our kitchen door, intending to sort it out when I had more time.  Over the spring and summer, it continued to do well and in the last few weeks has produced these lovely flowers which seem to shine out on these gloomy days.  As it is obviously happy there, I will take it out of its pot (not before time!) and plant it permanently in its little corner and hope it continues to thrive!
