Another misty start but it was dry. The weather forecast indicated that that there might be some sunshine in the afternoon. I wasn’t going to wait. A good decision because it stayed gloomy.

I drove to Bowness for a wander before going up to Windermere for a few groceries I didn’t buy yesterday. I don’t usually take photos in this direction but the leaf colours on the tree and the fallen leaves made it more attractive.

It’s back to winter parking regulations by the lake which allows cars to stay all day instead of the 2 hour summer limit. That should be good but it means that the first half of the roadside parking is taken by local workers.
