The fuchsia...

...is providing much welcome colour in the garden...

We had vaguely planned another bike ride, but it was so cold and bleak we decided against!

Instead I sorted out my car insurance, and updated my holiday insurance as I'll have to pay more when I'm 70 at the start of next month...

We then braved the gloom and had a quick walk round the block - rewarded with a fly past by the local heron, and the massed geese returning to the res ;)
