The Lac de Salanfe Reflections …

… were like a mirror this morning, there was no wind at over 2,000m. I continued to the Col de Jorat hoping there would be some bouquetin up there but they’ve gone on holiday! Higher up I saw a splash of blue in the dry grass and a trumpet gentian (extra) was fully open, thinking it was spring perhaps! The weather is so different to last year when snow had already blocked off the high altitude paths, we are so lucky!
