Although the visitors centre at the National Trust Sutton Hoo is closed during the week now, the site is open to walkers. As it's a pleasant (not muddy) three mile walk we decided to take Luna there this morning, she thoroughly enjoyed lots of new scents and seeing a Muntjac deer. I was disappointed that the leaves hadn't turned as much as I had hoped to see, but they still put on a lovely show nonetheless.
The car park was getting full by lunchtime so it seems a popular place to walk out of season.
