At the end of the day

what better way to doze than above a few Elizabeth David Books. Jack, he likes to sleep on top of the dresser, this was taken about 10.00 pm, definitely a time to snooze.

He was exceptionally relaxed this evening, coping with visitors, this is his domain and he was not for budging.  A lovely evening of food and chat, people are so very interesting, a lively time discussing the local village hall to a princess of Norway who has collected eider down from their nests. 

We are now relaxing, a busy day tomorrow.
