Comfort food

I visited the ophthalmologist this afternoon and the effect of the dilation drops has still not worn off five hours later.  So that kept me from doing much of anything when I got home and so there was nothing to blip, as none of the photos I took earlier came out well.  So here you see my dinner, one of my favorite things to make: English muffin pizza with mashed avocado, tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese.  It's real comfort food.  But looking at this photo makes me realize I need to get a few plates that are a bit more decorative.

The doctor gave me two different drops for my very dry eyes, each to be taken twice a day, and has me coming back in six weeks time to see how it's progressing.  I'm really hoping the drops help, because the dry eyes are a particular problem when I'm at dialysis and can't do anything to relieve the dryness.

And it's back to dialysis tomorrow, and it will be raining.
